Hi babes! so today menu gonna be a simple & healthy. I’m such in a rush today, flying back home to TGG but have to get all the ingredients from Subang. I know it’s crazy, I’m struggling with the timing, as I can’t get almost all the ingredients that I want there, so here’s the story of my life.. well, this is such a easy and quick to make, as long as you guys have all the ingredients. Anyway let’s get started!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Salmon (skinless, boneless)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 Cloves Garlic, grated
- Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1 Mango, diced
- 1 medium purple onion, diced
- Sweet chilli cheese
- 3 Tbsp honey
- Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 lime
- Olive oil
PREPARATION
- Season the salmon with salt & pepper, grated garlic let it sit for 15 min and then heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add salmon filets, flesh side down, while pressing lightly so the entire surface of the flesh comes into contact with the pan. Sear, undisturbed, for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl mix salad, onion, cherry tomatoes, sweet chilli cheese, lime, olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, salt & pepper to taste.
- Divide salad between two plates, place a salmon on top, drizzle honey and top the salmon with mango.
