My TOP Quarantine Activities.

I know during this coronavirus pandemic, everyone is struggling with their own problems, everybody is facing a hard times, including myself. The only thing that I can do around these time is either take things easy or keep myself busy with something. Here’s I would like to share with you some activities that you can do at home during this quarantine period.

  1. WORKOUT

Working out is the best thing you can do to keep yourself fit & healthy while being quarantine. What you need is a small space and a yoga matt. So there’s no excuses to skip your workout. I know that getting up early and working out before your day starts might seem like an impossible task to some. But there are many reasons why you should at least attempt to make working out in the morning your new norm. Aside from the physical benefits, like increased metabolism,  there are several other benefits to working out in the morning that you don’t necessarily see, but you’ll love them. 

  • Releases Endorphins 
  • Improves your focus
  • Opens up your day
  • Boosts energy

2. SELF CARE

Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. Especially at a time like this you really need some extra care for yourself. Where do you start? Well, here I’ll share with you my ‘glow up’ tips.

  • Do your skincare routine.
  • Face mask 3 times a week and exfoliate once a week.
  • Drink 4 litres of water everyday.
  • Exercise 5-6 times a week.
  • Keep yourself moisturized.
  • Do your nails.
  • Whiten your teeth.
  • Eats more fruits and vegetables.
  • Rub your face with an ice cube.
  • Meditate.
  • Get enought sleep.

3. CREATE

Try to create something, it doesn’t matter what it is, just do it. Don’t be hesitate to learn or create something new. Use your creativity. For me, I do art. Painting is one of the way to keep me sane and to survive this quarantine.

4. READING

I must admit that I have trouble to concentrate whenever I start to read. I always get distracted so easily. About 2 weeks ago, I try to give it a shot and I’m hooked. If you love & enjoy reading, you guys definitely need to go check out this author @kevinfarranauthor , I especially love all his works, one of it was “The Searching”. Currently, I’m reading “The Bench” and it was sooo gooood, all I have to do is go and download the book on my Ibook or get it from Amazon.com. Just search for Kevin Farran. I can simply read it on my laptop or Ipad while chillin’ and having some tea. Not many writers can captivate my attention making it impossible to put the book down. The way he stimulates your imagination is like no other.

Remember to take things easy. Whatever you managed to do today, it was enough. Whatever you manage to do tomorrow, it will be enough. Whatever part you play in the world, you are enough. Love A ❤
