How I keep my skin healthy.



Hi everyone! How’s your Friday? By the way, Lots of my friends were asking how I keep my skin looking healthy and glowing. So, I thought I would share some of my routines with you.

1. The Body Shop.

I’ve been using The Body Shop skincare for almost 3 years now and am loving the result on my skin! I also love the fact that they’re cruelty-free. My skin feels more hydrated and supple after using it.

2. Sunscreen.

Never ever forget to use your sunscreen! Apply sunscreen is a must when you go out in the sun. I love to get a nice tanned beach skin too but sunscreen is to protect your skin from being damaged by strong UV rays which can cause skin cancer, which we all know. I usually use SPF 30 or SPF 50. You can get a foundation that already has an SPF in it.

3. Drink lots of water.

When I say lots of water, I mean hella lots of water. I drink 1 or 2 Litres a day. It’s to clear skin, fatigue buster, productivity boost and a lot more. The benefits really are endless. But hydrating really is an important factor for healthy skin.

4. Exercise.

I exercise 5 times a week. I prefer to exercise in the morning before I start of my day. It also makes me feel more energized after. Exercise increases the circulation of oxygen and releases toxins through sweat, which leads to clearer, firmer skin which also keep my body in shape and healthy.

5. Supplements.

I take 4 different types of supplements on a daily basis. Which is Fish oil, Executive B, CoQ10 (they’re from Blackmores), and my morning favorite drink Collagen 5000 (by Lennox). These dietary supplements are good for the skin and other benefits which help you get adequate amounts of essential nutrients.

6. Sleep.

Your skin rejuvenates and repairs itself mostly while you sleep. Make sure you get quality sleep. Try yoga if you have trouble sleeping. Sometimes even 5 min meditation, focusing on breathing. Try the app ‘Calm’ it’s actually calming. ๐Ÿ˜œ

  1. Great sharing. Iโ€™m taking Executive B too i can feel the differences in my daily hectic lifestyle. I can work 9-5, go to the gym at 6 and chilling at night until late like almost every days.
