My morning rituals + easy smashed avocado for breakfast recipe!

Finally I get day off! It’s been quite sometimes since I get to pamper myself. So, I decided to make a healthy and yummy breakfast this morning. I enjoy making a good breakfast during my day off as it makes me happy and also boost my mood of the day. Not to forget my morning tea! Yes, I love having tea in the morning. Usually on my working days I don’t bother to make a breakfast because I’m always in a rush and tight with time. So, when the day off is come it’s time for a good breakfast!

This is my attempt of making the mashed avocado with toast! such a easy and simple breakfast idea, you don’t need too many ingredients for this. I love the combination, you can also add some fruits in your plates! So, guys I’ll share the recipe here. Let’s get started!

SERVING FOR 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 slices of bread
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Olive oil
  • lime, juice only
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Heat a non-stick pan with butter over medium high heat. Drop bread in, allow to crisp for 1-2 minutes, then flip and repeat.
  2. Place the avocado in a bowl, smash with a fork or any tool that’s easy to use. Add salt & pepper, lime juice and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix everything together.
  3. Spread the smashed avocado on the toast, along with the fruits.
