Hi guys! It’s been quite awhile since my last post about food, so today I’m making this delish grilled corn for afternoon snack which is so easy to make. I just got back from Cameron Highlands last night, it’s such a awesome trip as it was spontaneous because we don’t even plan to go anywhere at the first place. I’ll tell more about it in my next blog as right now I’ll be sharing with you guys about my grilled corn recipe.
So, the reason why I’ve been telling you guys about my trip to Cameron Highlands is because that place is where I bought all this fresh corn. It’s a must for you to buy if you go there. That place is famous with their sweet fresh corn. Okay enough with the talking and now let’s get started!
- 4 large ears of corn
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- Mix butter, honey, sugar, salt and mayonnaise in a small bowl, and stir until blended.
- Brush mixture evenly over the corn.
- Cook over pre-heated BBQ plate or grill 20 minutes over medium – high heat, turning often until a little brownish and now it’s ready!
